DESCRIPTION - The PREP for REP workouts are designed to get athletes back into game mode by getting them in basketball shape both physically as well as mentally.
Each session is split up into a specific age and gender to ensure that players are getting the maximum benefit from the workout. This is also a great way for athletes who are interested in the Eurostep REP teams to get in front of our coaching staff and show what they are capable of. The coaches will also give as much feedback as possible to each of the players.
The main areas of work will be:
Transition efficiency and speed
Defensive principals (both on-ball as well as off-ball work)
Offensive movement. positioning, and IQ
There will be no individual skill development portions in these workouts, rather the skills will be tested and reinforced through team drills (3v3, 4v4, 5v5).

GROUP SIZES - The training sessions are divided by age and gender. There will also be a maximum of 16 athletes for each session to ensure that all of the players are getting as many repetitions as possible. The PREP for the REP schedule is as follows:
Week 8 (AUGUST 19TH TO 23RD)
Session 1: 9AM to 12PM Middle School girls (grades 6 to 8)
Session 2: 1:30 to 4:30PM High school Boys (Grades 9 to 12)
Session 3: 5PM to 8PM Middle School boys (Grades 6 to 8)
Week 9 (AUG 26TH to 30TH)
Session 1: 9AM to 12PM Elementary boys (Grades 3 to 5)
Session 2: 1:30PM to 4:30PM Middle School boys (Grades 6 to 8)
Session 3: 5PM to 8PM High school Boys (Grades 9 to 12)
