SMALL GROUPS

 
 

Our small group workouts are the heart and soul of the program. With a 1:6 coach to player ratio, these sessions allow athletes to develop their game while working with a tight group of players who are of a similar skill level. The group is small enough that the coach can give each individual player the attention and feedback they need to fix and improve their skills while at the same time making sure that the entire group is on task and focused. The small group setting also allows players to get a high number of repetitions during drills with maximum engagement to ensure that athletes are not standing around and wasting their training time.

SESSION LOGISTICS

Duration: All of our small group training sessions are 90 minutes long.

Cost: The cost is $37/session (HST included). Signups are on a semester basis and parents are required to register and pay for the entire semester up front. We do this to ensure that each small group workout has steady numbers without overbooking.

With construction underway on our new facility at 55 Horner, we are changing the structure of our small group semesters for the start of the 2022 season. Part 1 of the fall semester will be located at 1 Resurrection rd. Starting November 1st, all of our basketball activities will be at 55 Horner unless otherwise stated.

  • Fall 2022 (part 1) - Sept. 19th to Oct. 28th (6 sessions) @ 1 Resurrection Rd.

  • Fall (Part 2) - Nov. 1st to Dec. 23rd (8 sessions)

  • Winter 2023 - Jan. 9th to Mar. 10th (9 weeks)

  • Spring 2023 - March 20th to June 23rd (14 weeks)
