CAMPS

 

Our camps are a way for athletes to get elite-level training and a high volume of repetitions while they are off school. The camp philosophy is that players should have fun while working hard and pushing themselves. Players are only going to work hard if they are motivated and excited to do so. Therefore, our camp training is specifically designed to take into account the longer daily training periods and yearly training cycles. Each camp is designed to push the players to his/her limit in a fun, challenging, and creative way.

Our day camp accepts both boys and girls between grades 1 - 8 and we welcome all skill levels. Athletes are grouped with kids of a similar skill level and experience in order to make sure that each athlete gets the most out of every drill.

The summer small group workouts are for kids who are grade 6+ and have REP basketball experience. The small group training has a maximum of 8 kids in the gym for each session.

SUMMER CAMP SCHEDULE

 
 

DAY CAMP

It will run for 7 weeks and will be located at our facility (55 Horner Ave M8Z 4X6). Camp runs from 9AM to 4:30PM. For more info or to register, click here. Athletes will have plenty of water breaks during the camp in order to make sure they stay well hydrated. Your athletes will also have snack time if they need some extra downtime to recover and eat a little.

Week 1 - July 4th to 7th (short week)

Week 2 - July 10th to 14th

Week 3 - July 17th to 21st

Week 4 - July 24th to 28th

Week 5 - July 31st to Aug. 4th

Week 6 - August 8th to 11th (short week)

Week 7 - August 14th to 18th

Week 8 - August 21st to 25th

Week 9 - August 29th to Sept. 1st

DROP-OFF starts at 8:45AM and PICK-UP is from 4:30PM to 4:45PM.

SUMMER SMALL GROUPS

These sessions will run for 9 weeks and will be located at our facility which is located at 55 Horner Ave. click here to register. There will be two workouts in the evenings, 5 to 7PM and 7 to 9PM.

The workout is designed to have 75 minutes of individual skill development and 45 minutes of competitive drills so that the athletes can test their skills against other kids of a similar skill level.

Same weeks as the regular day camp.

9 - 9:15AM - Warmup

9:15 to 10:15AM - Individual skill training

10:15 to 11AM - Group skill development

11 to Noon - Fun competitions and games

Noon to 1:15PM - Lunch

1:15 to 2:15PM - Individual skill training

2:15 to 3:15PM - Group skill development

3:15 - 4:15PM - Fun competitions and games

4:15 to 4:30PM - Cooldown and exit the building
