The summer is where players are built and success is born. That is why our Major League Workouts are designed to synchronize on-court skill work with sport-specific athletic development to help players take their game to the next level during the off-season.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Athletes sign up on a weekly basis over the course of the summer (there are nine weeks of training this season).
  2. Workouts are two hours long, five days a week (Monday to Friday). Athletes come train at the same time each day over the course of the week.
  3. The workouts are split between 80 minutes on the court and 40 minutes in the weight room.
  4. Each group has a maximum of 8 athletes with one coach. The group will have exclusive use of the small court at the facility.

ATHLETE INFO

  1. This training option is open to any athlete who will be in grade 8 or higher starting in September 2026.
  2. This program is open to both boys and girls.

SESSION STRUCTURE

  1. We will use a differential training approach to create an environment where athletes will be pushed each and every day.
  2. The on-court portion will be a mix of individual skill development and 1v1 situational drills, where athletes can test their skills in a controlled live setting.
  3. The strength and conditioning portion will be specifically tailored for basketball players and will work on explosiveness, quickness, strength, coordination, and mobility.
