TRAIN WITH A PRO
Playing pro basketball is a dream that many young athletes have from the first time they step onto the court. While they see the end result, young athletes generally don't have an understanding of how much blood, sweat, and tears go into becoming a pro athlete.
The primetime sessions are designed to provide young athletes with an insight into the focus, dedication, and work that pro athletes put into every single workout. Our goal is to lead by example and to motivate athletes to build the habits that will make them champions on and off the court.

Each training session is designed to help young athletes understand the dedication, work ethic, and focus it takes to master a set of skills.
- A maximum of three athletes will be joining the pro in completing a workout that is specifically designed for the pro player's position.
- The pro will be there to explain each drill and then perform it with the athletes. This is a great way for the young athletes to see professionals in action and feel the speed, strength, and quickness.
- The pro will also provide some feedback to the players to help them improve and fix their mistakes. But the core idea is for the young athletes to try and push themselves to keep up.
- There are two semesters for these workouts. The spring semester is May/June and the summer semester will be July/August.
