CAMPS
Our camps are a way for athletes to get elite-level training and a high volume of repetitions while they are off school. The camp philosophy is that players should have fun while working hard and pushing themselves. Players are only going to work hard if they are motivated and excited to do so. Therefore, our camp training is specifically designed to take into account the longer daily training periods and yearly training cycles. Each camp is designed to push the players to his/her limit in a fun, challenging, and creative way.
Our day camp accepts both boys and girls between grades 1 - 8 and we welcome all skill levels. Athletes are grouped with kids of a similar skill level and experience in order to make sure that each athlete gets the most out of every drill.
The summer small group workouts are for kids who are grade 6+ and have REP basketball experience. The small group training has a maximum of 8 kids in the gym for each session.

- Winter Camp (Can be booked on a daily basis)
SUMMER CAMPS
This camp runs for 9 weeks and is be located at our facility (55 Horner Ave M8Z 4X6). Camp runs from 9AM to 4:30PM. Athletes will have plenty of water breaks during the camp in order to make sure they stay well-hydrated. Your athletes will also have snack time if they need some extra downtime to recover and eat a little.
DAILY CAMP SCHEDULE
8:30 to 9AM - Drop off time
9 - 9:15AM - Warmup
9:15 to 10:15AM - Individual skill training
10:15 to 11AM - Group skill development
11 to Noon - Fun competitions and games
Noon to 1:30PM - Lunch
1:30 to 2:15PM - Individual skill training
2:15 to 3:15PM - Group skill development
3:15 - 4:15PM - Fun competitions and games
4:15 to 4:30PM - Cooldown
4:30 to 5PM - Pickup
