These workouts are every day, Monday to Friday at the same time for the entire week. As per all of our small group workouts, the ratio will be 1 coach for a group of 6 athletes. 

These sessions will focus on individual skill development and will feature some 1v1 drills so that athletes can test their newly learned skills against their peers. 

Our gym is air-conditioned and has a state-of-the-art HVAC system that will ensure athletes do not overheat during the summer.

AGE RANGE- Grades 4 - 12

TIME- 7 to 9PM

Athletes do not need to bring their own basketballs as we provide them for all of the athletes.
