The Development Team is a new training concept that allows athletes who did not make the Eurostep rep teams to stay in full training mode and continue to develop their skills.
This program actually facilitates more individual skill sessions per week than rep team athletes, meaning that players are spending more time on their skills, closing or eliminating the gap that existed at tryouts. The Development Team program is available for male athletes who were born between 2011 and 2016.
