The program is designed for kids who are between the ages of 5 and 9. Some of the program features are:

The basketball hoops are lowered to 8FT to help the players reach the rim more easily.

Age-specific ball sizes will be used so the kids are not struggling to dribble, shoot, or pass the bigger basketballs.

All of the drills are designed to incorporate fun and learning at the same time. The goal is to teach basic motor skills while doing it in a fun and interactive way.

Each group will be a maximum of 6 athletes with 1 coach.

SEMESTER LENGTH - The semester will be 15 sessions long. No workout on October 14th for Thanksgiving.
