Athletes come train at the same time each day over the course of the week.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"\"\u003eThe workouts are split between 80 minutes on the court and 40 minutes in the weight room.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli class=\"ds-markdown-paragraph\"\u003e\u003cspan class=\"\"\u003eEach group has a maximum of 8 athletes with one coach.
