Three times a week is optimal but we understand that some athletes cannot commit to that may workouts per day. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eDuration\u003c\/em\u003e - This is a 12 week program that runs from June 8th to August 28th. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eSession details\u003c\/em\u003e - Each session will be 60 minutes in length and athletes will train in group setting. Each group will have a maximum of 8 participants. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cem\u003eSchedule\u003c\/em\u003e - \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003eWe will be offering sessions everyday of the week so athletes can customize their schedule to fit in with their other responsibilities.
